  • Please do not park in the driveway; this is used continuously throughout the day.
  • If parking on the side, please make room for two cars. Don't park in the middle, please, if possible.
  • We operate with no receptionist, so you will need to come on time. If you come early, please wait in your car for 1 minute before your appointment. Please do not wait in the car to be called; we do not do this. At 1 minute before your appointment, you will need to be at the door and ring the bell. If you are late, do not wait in the car to be called; you just come when you come, and if we have little time left, we will do what we can and if we can.
  • Please make sure you allow travel time, as all our appointments are timed with no gaps. We do not want to cancel the appointment and take your funds. Our appointments are designed to have a min or so leeway.
  • The quickest way to speak to us is by SMS, which is 0492998511. We don't answer if you call. We also do not reply right away just in case you need an answer instant. That's why we have all FAQ and HOW to and After Care Topics in the Links Below. We also do not reply if we know the answer is in faq or prep links.
  • To give the customers the best experience, we are very strict on lateness as our appointments are all timed and if people are after you we will not make them wait.
  • We are very strict on our cancellation policy, so we really prefer you to make appointments on the day if you think your lifestyle might be busy. We are very sorry if things happen that are out of the ordinary or out of your control; we cannot help with that.
  • We send reminders 25 hours before, but we want you to know it's still up to you to have it written down as it is your appointment, and we do what we can to help. We also send a 2-hour before reminder telling you to prepare for coming to see us.
  • You need to read any FAQ or PREPARATIONS as soon as you make a booking for the best experience. Below are the links. Please don't come unprepared because if we cancel the service, we don't want you to be disappointed.
