When you make a booking you will receive an email. This email has information about your booking.
You will see a button it says change/cancel.
Please press this button and you will be taken to your appointment where it will give you the option to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
If you are trying to do this with less than 24 hours the button will not work and you will need to send us a message or a voicemail to cancel it for you.
The button is also on your reminder email.
If you have cancelled before 24hrs of your appointment we will automatically refund you usually by end of the day. You don't need to write a message saying can I get my refund, we gotchu.
As we have shown on terms and before you book. All appointments booked on the day or less than 24 hours are not eligible to cancel and get a refund, you also cannot reschedule the appointment. We can still cancel it for you; just let us know, but no refunds will be given.
