Welcome to in2bronze.- Please do not park in the driveway this is used continuously throughout the day.
- If parking on the side please make room for two cars don't park in middle please if possible.
- We operate with no receptionist so you will need to come on time. if you come early please wait in your car until 1 minute to your appointment.
- Please make sure you allow travel time as all our appointments are timed with no gaps. We do not want to cancel the appointment and take your funds. Our appointments are designed to have a min or so leeway.
- The quickest way to speak to us is by SMS which is 0492998511 we don't answer if you call.
- To give the customers the best experience, we are very strict on lateness as our appointments are all timed and if people are after you we will not make them wait.
- We are very strict on cancellation policy so we really prefer you to make appointments on the day if you think your lifestyle might be busy. We are very sorry if things happen that are out of the ordinary or out of your control we cannot help with that.
- We send reminders 25 hours before but we want you to know it's still up to you to have it written down as it is your appointment and we do what we can to help.

REMINDERS
We send you an email and an SMS reminder 25 hours before your appointment. In the email, you will see a button change to reschedule or cancel the appointment if less than 24 hours.
If you make a booking within 24 hours you will only get a confirmation email and no changes can be made if you need to cancel fees will apply.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please do it 24 hours before your appointment, this can be done by opening the email we sent about the appointment and selecting the change or cancel button or hitting the change or cancel button on your reminder email.
If you have never received a confirmation email please let us know asap after you have made a booking so we can help you. We do send reminders to help you but ultimately it's your appointment and you need to have it also written down to know when to come in and see us. We can't be held responsible if your phone is off or cannot receive emails for any reason and you miss your appointment.

Cancel after 24 hours there are no refunds and loss of full payment. No show we keep funds too.
We noticed some clients saying we didn't get an email. In the terms of our booking area before payment, we always say if you did not get a confirmation email please let us know within 30 mins to help you otherwise you will always get an SMS unless our number has been blocked by you or you filled in the wrong mobile too.
If you like us to cancel when the button isn't working, all you need to do is send new SMS to our office mobile at 0492998511 please save this number as in2bronze mobile. We will cancel it as long as you send the SMS. We cannot always cancel right away that's why the email is there to do it for yourself. We also only cancel within business hours.
Here is an example of how a fee would work if we had to cancel it.
If your appointment was at 9 am Tuesday but you SMS us Monday at say 10 am. We are closed Sunday and Monday and we don't use the phone as our personal time. We would cancel it Tuesday at about 8 am. That means the client has cancelled less than 24 hours and all funds are kept. So please if you don't get a confirmation email within 30 mins of your initial booking let us know.
Refunds take 5-10 business days to get back to your account
If you need to make a new booking then please do and pay for it as per normal, we don't hold money as a credit towards new bookings.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking and at least after 30 mins please let us know.
For any services that you don't take after 24 hours, we keep full payment.
Example - You have taken Brazilian, Manicure, and a Tan. If you say to us ill be coming to my appointment but I don't want the tan, we say ok and still keep the full funds.
If you come really late to your appointment and some services cannot be performed we keep the full payment and do what we can.
EYELASH LIFT

This service has about 3 mins to be late we can't give you have a lash lift so if you are late then we would have to cancel it.
Please make sure you come with no mascara as we do not remove it for you.
Please make sure you are doing a lash lift 6 weeks of having another.
If doing a lash lift after lash extensions make sure they are all off we do not remove them unless you add the removal addon in the booking.

This is a timed appointment. For example, 60min means from the time you walk in until booked time including walking out so the beautician starts the next client. Example booked for 3 pm until 4 pm the beautician will stop everything roughly at 3:55ish pm. If you come late we only do what is left until the next client. All new clients will need to fill out a form.

This is a timed appointment. If you book a 60min Facial for Example it means you will get 60mins from when you come in at the appointment start time until the end time including some very small addons like some face waxing (lip, or chin, etc). Our therapist will usually stop about 5 mins before so you can get dressed and ready for the next client. All new clients will need to fill out a form.

Please be aware that if you are booking henna, you have had a test patch before you come to see us. If you come to your appointment and if any skin issues arise and no patch test has been done please be aware that your funds are still kept. This appointment is a timed appointment and a maximum of 3 mins can be allowed if you come late.

Before your arrival please make sure that you bring your toothbrush and brush your teeth a few hours before your treatment. Also, you don't have any sensitive teeth or any dental issues that need to be taken care of. This appointment is timed with 3 20 mins sessions and about 5 or so mins to set up and talk with you so if you come late there is a chance we would only be able to do a 2 or 1 20 min session. Normally if the salon is booked out the Last session just for the end part the manager will take care of the while the therapist goes to another appointment.

Group Tans or you have booked for someone else
Please if you are booking on behalf of others that you get them to read the terms and that they are aware of our terms. If they come late or they haven't prepared and they say someone else booked for me then we cannot help you.
Spray tanning services have a min or two leeway to being late. If you come later we will cancel your appointment unless we don't have anyone after you then of course we are happy to help.
We have added an option to add more people as an add-on. This means they will be coming with you on the same day and time as your booking. If booking two or more tans at one sitting we are a no reception operating business only one person can get the tan at a time the others must wait in the car until it's their turn.

PREPARING THE SKIN
Prepping your skin can make the difference for the perfect result. With these tips and tricks.
Exfoliate and moisturize 24 hours before your tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles, and problem dry areas.
Wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to treatment. This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.
For the entire 24 hours before your tan avoid using bar soaps, high pH shower products, oil-based products, or in-shower moisturizers. These products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the fast-acting tanning agents to develop.
Keep in mind that too much moisture causes tanning products to slide right off the skin.
Don’t apply moisturizer, perfume, deodorant, or makeup on the day of the application.
Spray tan Washing off
Wash of tan between 1-4 hours usually as per your chat with the therapist.
THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP AFTER HAVING A SPRAY TAN IS THE SHOWER PROCESS
Wear dark loose clothing; tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. Wear loose-fitting shoes.
After an hour (or longer – if you choose max 4 hours or whatever the therapist suggested), shower for 30 to 45 until the bronzer washes off with no soap, with lukewarm water. Do not use any shampoo’s soap or anything just plain water.
Pat your skin dry with a towel. Do not rub or scrub your skin.
After the first wash firstly it will feel like the tan has come off don't worry it develops over the next 12 to 24 hours, for the next 12 to 24 hours do not use any moisturisers, or deodorants until you have your second shower.
After your second shower Moisturize every day after having a spray tan to keep your skin hydrated, if you want your tan to last longer you will need to use a moisturizer for tanning. Ask us about it. You can also use a TAN toner for your body washing as a replacement for your regular soap or body wash if you want your tan to look perfect even and last even longer.
Information - What happens on First Wash
The brown bronzers will wash away, while the fast tan actives continue to work and deepen. DO NOT USE HOT WATER use less than warm water. Anything higher than warm water stops the development of tan activities during the development time. This is a common mistake people make, especially in the colder months. Once you washed off your bronzer you can wear your favourite clothes, go out of the house and definitely not stain the bedsheets. Your tan will develop into a natural tan without the hassle of fake tan staining and smell. You can shower with soap 12 hours after your wash-off.
AFTER THE TAN
After day 5, exfoliate with a soft body polish daily to help your skin absorb even more moisturizer and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous. This also helps the tan fade naturally, rather than in patches.
EYELASH EXTENSIONS & REFILLS
EYELASH REFILLS TERMS
If you are getting eyelash extensions make sure if you have had a lash lift that it's 6 to 8 weeks after or if all lashes have come down completely.
Eyelash extensions are timed appointments. With full sets or refills, we would only fill what we can if you came late.
Example - appointment is at 2:30 pm for a 2 week including setting up and filling beautician will stop roughly 2:58 pm to walk you out and start next client. If you come late then we just fill up until your appointment ends. If for any reason during the appointment you twitch a lot or move there is a high chance we won't be able to finish everything.
Definitions
1-2 weeks (30 min session)

Full set 70 mins ( means we fill up your lashes for up to 70 mins if you have no lashes or baby lashes we will just stop when we cant fill no more)
Extra Full Set 90mins (means we fill up your lashes for up to 90 mins if you have no lashes or baby lashes we will just stop when we cant fill no more)
Any questions please ask before booking so we don't disappoint you.
We happily Refill other technicians' work but be aware that there is a chance they will look different as every technician might do the job slightly differently or use different glue or lashes.
Please before booking an Extra Full set that you know you have a good amount of lashes as this a 90 mins blocked of the calendar. If you have low lashes and we finish in 60 mins we don't refund loss time. If you are not sure send us an SMS for some assistance
WAXING
Please make sure coming to these appointments that you come a maximum of 1 to 3 mins late as these appointments. If you are late due if it's a single service we possibly will cancel it or take off services if multiple are taken depending on time.
If you have never had waxing before here is what to do to prepare.
Before
You must have at least 4 weeks of growth
Exfoliate the day before waxing.
After
Avoid Exercise for 24hrs
Have a cool shower after waxing only if a shower is needed that day.
